In addition to real estate brokerage, the valuation of buildings and land is one of the central tasks of the real estate agent. We carry out these market analyses in detail using the most modern and approved valuation techniques.

The estimation method according to the Valuation Code consists of three moments:

- formulation of the question (identification of the practical purpose);

- preliminary assessments (creation of the estimative context);

- choice of evaluation criterion (economic aspect - type of value).

Consequently, the appraiser will have to identify each time the valuation criterion that best suits the practical purpose and context of the valuation.

For the calculation of the commercial surface area of real estate, the conventional method suggested by the Valuation Code called 

"Nuovo Sistema Italiano di Misurazione (SIM)" is used.
