The team of Dr.Salcher Real Estate deals with the preparation and revision of preliminary purchase and sale contracts, rental and lease agreements.

The contractual models used with clients are deposited, as required by law, at the Chamber of Commerce of Trento. 

For this purpose, Dr.Salcher Real Estate has joined the FIAIP association, which provides its members with models and forms to use with their clients. These models and forms have been carefully checked by experts of the association and adapted to the requirements of the Italian Chambers of Commerce.
